Schedule: 5 days/week; including 1 weekend day

Compensation:

Associate Therapists:$70-78k (DOE)
Licensed Therapists: $80-85k (DOE)
Part-Time

Schedule: 16 hours/week; 2-4 days/week, including weekends

Compensation:

Associate Therapists:$37-$42/hour (DOE)
Licensed Therapists: $44-$50/hour (DOE)
Embark Behavioral Health Bend is seeking Full and Part-time Mental Health Therapists to provide individual, family and group therapy for adolescents in our residential treatment center. Therapists at Embark play a vital role in guiding youth and families through meaningful change using relational, experiential, and systemic approaches. This position is ideal for a clinician who is collaborative, mission-driven, and passionate about helping young people and families heal.

Located in Bend, Oregon, our residential treatment facility supports youth aged 10-17 struggling with behavioral health and mental health challenges. Our home-style environment emphasizes community connection, emotional safety, and interpersonal growth.

 

Embark Behavioral Health is nationwide network of behavioral health programs offering a full continuum of care for adolescents. Our programs span residential treatment centers, outpatient clinics, and more—each committed to innovative, evidence-based treatment that transforms lives.
Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of clients, including assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical care.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy using evidence‑based and experiential modalities.
Present client updates during weekly interdisciplinary treatment team meetings.
Participate in clinical meetings and receive regular supervision.
Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and insurance documentation accurately and on time.
Collaborate effectively with the treatment team to ensure high‑quality, client‑centered care.
Support crisis intervention, safety planning, and de‑escalation as needed.
Uphold ethical standards, therapeutic boundaries, and all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in a Behavioral Science field required.
Licensed or license‑eligible in Oregon (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD) or registered as an Associate/Intern actively working toward licensure.
Preferred: Experience in a residential treatment setting using relational, experiential, or systemic therapeutic models.
Demonstrated passion for working with adolescents and families.
Strong understanding of clinical ethics and professional boundaries.
Ability to use computers, electronic health records, and digital documentation systems.
Valid driver’s license in good standing.
Ability to pass a drug screening, background check, and TB test.
Willingness to obtain an NPI and CAQH profile during onboarding.

Qualifications include:

-CA Licensed Clinician (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist) Required
-2 years post licensure and able to provide clinical supervision
-Experience working with families and clients, with a deep understanding of LGBTQIA affirming care
-Proficiency in incorporating clinical diagnostic and assessment instruments(e.g. PHQ-9 or GAD-7) to monitor client progress and treatment outcomes
-Must have two years experience leading an interdisciplinary team
-Two years of experience working with adolescents and teens in a medium to high acuity setting providing individual, group, and family therapy
-One year of experience using relational, experiential, and systemic modalities
-Ability to plan, implement, and adjust a course of treatment as required
