Human Resources Generalist
EnProVera Corporation was formed to partner with the US Government to help develop, implement, and execute the strategies and associated missions to protect the freedoms and interests of the United States. Based in Tampa, Florida, we are seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist with federal contracting, multi-state experience. This position does have some remote flexibility, but has office days also, so the person must live in the Tampa area. The HRG scope of work includes:

Basic Position Responsibilities:
• Cooperatively Works with Human Resources Director and Vice President of Service Support
• Manages Associate Data in HRIS (ADP)
• Updates and Audits Associate Records
• Develops Records Retention Plan
• Develops Onboarding Profiles and Onboards New Hires
• Processes Electronic I-9s
• Provides Support for HR and Payroll
• Prepares Or Assists with Compliance Reports (EEO-1, AAP, PMR, Hiring Pipelines)
• Assists in the Development and Implementation of HR Policies

Skills and Experience:
• Required: Minimum 2 Years Proven Experience in Human Resources
• Required: Strong Knowledge of HR Policies and Practices, Employment and Labor Laws
• Required: Experience with HRIS, ADP Preferred
• Required: Proficiency with Office 365, including Teams
• Preferred: Federal Contract Experience (Knowledge of OFCCP, SCA, H&W, Executive Orders)
• Preferred: Multi-State Experience – Mid Atlantic Region a Plus
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills
• Ability To Handle Sensitive Information
• Strong Organizational Skills
• Excellent Time Management Skills
• Strong Multitasking Skills
• Strong Problem-Solving Skills
• Certification (SHRM, HRCI) a Plus
