Program Analyst

FBI Training Division, Coordination and Support Unit (CSU)

EnProVera is seeking a Program Analyst to arrange and coordinate various aspects of the logistical support necessary for training sessions, i.e., registration/student check-in, lodging, scheduling, transportation, and the preparation of picture identification badges. Specifically, the Program Analyst scope of work includes:

Basic Position Responsibilities: (See Job Description for complete information)
·         Scheduling/Lodging/Transportation
•     Handles student check-in to include issuance of access/meal badges, taking photos for identification badges
•     Assign lodging accommodations and prepare appropriate badges for students
•     Update weekly transportation phone hotline
•     Determine accuracy of rosters, early arrivals of students, etc. to ensure access and transportation needs are met
•     Serves as record management liaison with Coordination & Support Unit and Financial Resources Unit
•     Create, maintain, and dispose of records in accordance with policy established by Information Management Division
•     Liaison with hotels and outside vendors (i.e., bus company, car detailer, badge equipment vendors)
•     Technical support, i.e., troubleshooting of badge software and locks
•     Track historical data with lodging
•     Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define requirements, upon receipt of incoming training requests, i.e., lodging locations, transportation needs, etc.
•     Prepare data charts depicting unit workloads or other requirements as requested
•     Maintain schedules to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of various programs relative to lodging
•     Schedule, coordinate, and prioritize work assignments with all parties to meet varying requirements
•     Formats correspondence and computer reports according to FBI guidelines, policies, and procedures to produce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Electronic Communications (ECs), etc.
•     Inventory number of returned badges, determine if any are lost badges, and coordinate replacement badges with the FBI Academy Training Division Security Office and the Electronic Communications Shop
•     Coordinate housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and stocked with new linens for incoming students and guests
•     Provide clerical assistance to unit members as needed in coordination of training requirements
•     Maintain inventory database for multiple passenger vans
•     Regularly run the passenger vans for 15 minutes to keep the batteries charged and inspect the vans to ensure they are clean (interior and exterior), gas tank full, and possible damage
•     Schedule deep cleaning of vans twice a year with outside vendor as directed by program manager

Required Skills and Experience: (See Job Description for complete information)
·         Secret SSBI or Top-Secret clearance.
·         Must be a U.S. Citizen

·         Graduate of high school or technical school and six months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience

·         Ability to use Microsoft Office and other computer programs to access, retrieve, and distribute information

·         Excellent communication skills (oral, presentation, and written)

·         Must possess a valid Driver’s License

·         Must be able to drive 15 passenger vans
