Be part of our vital customer service as a Field Service Technician working in the Santa Rosa, California area and its surrounding areas. This role assists with slot machine and kiosk implementation, setting up servers/networks, installing software, mechanical maintenance, and fulfilling work orders to ensure our customers are very happy. If technology and tinkering with computers excite you, look no further. This position on our field service team allows you to interface with users, vendors, operations, applications, and technical support.


Shift: Monday – Friday usually 8 am – 5 pm, Some overtime and after-hours expected.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides technical support to customers on operational and maintenance aspects of system equipment.
  • Performs advanced troubleshooting to identify, resolve, and provide root cause analysis on Everi products.
  • Serves as customer contact on technical and service-related issues.
  • Assists with diagnosing mechanical, hardware, software, and systems failures using established procedures.
  • Assists with determining and defining daily objectives for site-specific product installations, maintenance, and customer support.
  • Performs Preventive Maintenance on Everi products as directed by management.
  • Performs site surveys on all new orders.

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-5 years’ job experience in a related field preferred.
  • The knowledge base of hardware, software, game/kiosk / ATC platforms, network, and server troubleshooting skills, mechanically inclined, those with computer/cable or cell repair experience, Gamers, and computer builders.
