We’re looking for an experienced Optimization Strategist to help our customers solve their most important optimization problems.

Job Description

At Evolv, we work collaboratively with our customers to solve complex challenges and craft experiences to help them achieve growth. Our work impacts billions of users.  The Optimization Strategist will work closely on the Strategic Accounts delivery team to provide thoughtful growth-focused data driven strategies and testing roadmaps for our clients.

The ideal Optimization Strategist candidate will hit the ground running and collaborate with stakeholders at Evolv and with our customers to create strategies for large-scale program level testing. Additionally, the Optimization Strategist will partner with teams across the enterprise to define the strategy for the end user.
Responsibilities
Partner with our business stakeholders to understand their growth KPIs, and design an optimization strategy that specifically looks to drive impact and uncover critical insights.
Translate growth goals into measurable optimization metrics and develop world-class strategies for a wide range of audiences.
Identify the areas of highest potential and impact by analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to uncover friction points from analytics and our customer’s voice-of-customer repository.
Analyze results of optimizations run to uncover insights that lead to new strategies, ideas and opportunities to help our clients sustain growth with their optimization program.
Responsible for delivering improvement
Professional industry experience in a related role (4+ years preferred)
Experience working in professional services, specifically serving in a client-facing capacity
Experience driving growth/optimization strategies to improve user experience (UX) with a focus on building data driven roadmaps, ensuring tests align to the proposed hypotheses, creating insights, and calculating business ROI based on the test KPIs.
Have used or run optimization programs using one or more of the following platforms: Adobe Target, Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize, or Monetate.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Proficient in using leading analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics to build custom dashboards, filter by segments, extract data, and articulate insights.
Time spent working cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment, preferably in a remote capacityEnjoys working with clients, their stakeholders and sponsors, and celebrating their growth
Enjoy working with clients and have a customer-first mentality
Willing to learn a new technology, different way to perform large scale testing and interpreting results
