Overview

Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed analysis of healthcare and case management-related datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
  • Support case management teams by providing data-driven insights to improve decision-making and program outcomes.
  • Prepare clear, accurate, and well-documented reports for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist with the design and implementation of data collection, management, and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to align data analysis with project objectives.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies in biomedical datasets.
  • Contribute to workflow improvement recommendations and provide technical support in data-related matters.

 

 

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a data analyst, preferably within the healthcare or case management environment.
  • Skilled in biomedical data projects, with ability to handle complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, R, Python, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with healthcare data standards, reporting requirements, and quality assurance methods.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical findings for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic project team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Data Science, Public Health, or related field preferred.
  • Experience with case management systems or certification is an advantage.
