**Description**:

We’re embarking on a project to highlight the agricultural practices within the Navajo Nation through visually engaging content. Our aim is to document the unique farming techniques, the challenges faced by local farmers, and their triumphs in agriculture, to foster appreciation and understanding through compelling storytelling.

**Position**: Videographer and Editor

**Responsibilities**:
– Film and edit videos focusing on agriculture in the Navajo Nation, including events, interviews, and day-to-day activities.
– Work collaboratively to brainstorm and execute content ideas from start to finish.
– Ensure content is respectful and accurately represents the community’s culture and traditions.
– (Optional) Manage and produce content for our social media platforms to enhance audience engagement.

**Requirements**:
– Proven skills in videography and video editing.
– A knack for storytelling, particularly through video.
– Interest or background in Navajo culture and agriculture preferred.
– Strong organizational and communication skills.
– Ability to work independently and adhere to deadlines.
– Preference for Navajo individuals or those deeply connected to the Navajo community.
– Bonus for those with social media marketing skills.

**Details**:
– Flexible schedule with 5 to 25 hours of work available weekly, depending on current projects.
– The position is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere.
– Salary is competitive and will be based on your experience and skills.
