Customer Service Representatives (Santa Ysabel, CA)

Starting pay rate: $17.00 hourly

Eagle Advance is a call center building a team of customer service representatives. We offer paid training and will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed. Answer customers’ calls via the telephone to process customer application.
Track and report all account information into computer through our customer database.
Ability to understand and follow all underwriting guidelines.
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy.
Meet or exceed all daily, weekly and monthly production goals.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.
1+ years’ experience in a direct customer contact, service, collections or sales environment; preferably call center (phone) experience.
Punctual with excellent attendance record. Ability to work from 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday.
Some typing ability with strong attention to detail
