Overview

We are a call center building a team of customer service representatives. We offer paid training and will provide you with the necessary tools to succeed. If you are dependable and possess strong communication skills, this is the career for you. If you are energetic, assertive and possess excellent verbal interpersonal communication skills, we want to talk to you.

Responsibilities:

Answer customers’ calls via the telephone to process customer application
Track and report all account information into computer through our customer database
Ability to understand and follow all federal and state laws with regards to policies and procedures
Ability to work independently and maintain accuracy
Ability to pass semi-annual required compliance testing
Meet or exceed all daily, weekly and monthly production goals
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management

Requirements:
1+ years’ experience in a direct customer contact, service, collections or sales environment; preferably call center (phone) experience.
Punctual with excellent attendance record. Ability to work from 7:00am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. Great attitude and strong attention to detail.
