Our company and industry are rapidly growing and changing, so intern roles will likely evolve throughout the summer as Influential evolves as well. There is ample opportunity to explore various positions and roles to help learn more about our company.

We are looking for interns who are thrilled by the idea of playing an active role in shaping how companies engage with customers through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, & more. Whether that is within our client facing teams or internal facing teams all working to deliver upon our company mission. Our team is built of people from across the country who have already moved the needle in social media, influencer marketing, and various sectors of technology.


The Positions Include:

Account Management

– Help facilitate campaign success by scheduling internal calls, capturing notes and action items

– Support team with recaps and analyzing performance for key learnings

– Collaborate with other departments on influencer updates, sourcing and list reviews



– Actively participate in Influencer brief building

– Provide ideas and creative for RFP concepts

– Review influencer content in accordance with the campaign brief


Campaign Management

– Participate in the process of reaching out to influencers for potential social media campaigns

– Shadow and learn negotiation skills

– Manage content review/submission/feedback process


Performance Media

– Conduct audience planning and targeting strategy

– Support with and conduct Media Math / CPM Planning

– Develop an understanding of the ads platform


Strategy & Analytics

– Prepare sentiment analysis reports to assess campaign performance

– Conduct Social Listening to build out audience profiles for key business needs

– Engage with strategy calls during pitches


– Receive and respond to inquiries from internal teams

– Create assets for a wide range of projects in accordance with Influential branding

– Contribute design elements to pitch decks and internal projects


– Provide support to team by keeping records up to date and running reports

– Opportunities to shadow across different areas of the Finance team, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll Accounting

– Assist in managing email correspondence as it related to external and internal partners

Human Resources

– Partner with the People Team to collaborate across multiple departments to develop new programs and drive employee engagement

– Assist in auditing various internal systems for data accuracy

– Join in on creative initiatives for the betterment of the business


– Opportunity to shadow members of the team in organizing events and driving marketing initiatives

– Assist in creation of material and content for Influential social channels

– Participate in ideation and planning of media campaigns for the business


– Respond to internal requests for service

– Help to troubleshoot technical issues and develop solutions

– Assist with maintaining internal systems and configuring software permissions

Business Operations

– Hands on project management experience with enterprise software (Cloud Coach, Monday.com)

– Helping to organize and ensure data accuracy

– Learn practical, effective business resourcing strategies


– Collaborate with a dynamic engineering team to define the future of the creator economy

– Leverage the power of analytics and technology to help inform data driven decision making

– Gain exposure to a tech startup environment while working on a cutting edge, AI driven product

Being an Intern at Influential requires:

-Being a recent or near-term graduate from a bachelor’s or master’s program
-Driven, dedicated and dynamic team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Demonstrated knowledge and/or interested in all major social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube) and/or influencer marketing
-Proficiency in Google Apps and MS Office, and other general technology platforms
