WHAT YOU WILL DO: The Communications Coordinator works with the Communications Manager and Development Team to support Interfaith’s external communication strategies.

  • Support the creation and delivery of compelling messaging to communicate Interfaith’s mission, brand, messaging, and fundraising goals
  • Implement and enhance agency marketing plan through digital and print communications, including: Social Media, Eblasts, Podcast, Website, Flyers, Newsletters, Annual Report
  • Manage year-round social media calendar, including content and engagement
  • Strategize digital media campaigns to reach fundraising goals and share mission
  • Track performance of web and social media applications with monthly analytics and prove insight into how Interfaith can increase reach and engagement via social media
  • Collaborate with team to design and update flyers, sponsorship packages, and materials
  • Maintain storage and organization of marketing materials, including photos, via agency’s Sharepoint platforms
  • Capture stories and photos, in conjunction with appropriate agency staff, volunteers, and clients, for communications purposes
  • Collaborate to achieve image consistency, coordination of messages, and the highest standards for external communications
  • Connect the broader community to Interfaith’s mission by cultivating online and in-person relationships

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field preferred
3+ years of communications, media and/or public relations experience preferred
