Major Duties: Assists members and potential members with their financial needs (via any member channel, i.e., phone, email, internet applications, tickets, chats), opens new accounts, takes loan applications, processes account transactions, resolves problems, and provides assistance and information regarding products and services. Complies with all Credit Union rules and regulations.

Qualifications: Three to five years of similar or related experience. A high school education or GED. Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication. Able to operate a 10 key calculator, telephone, computer keyboard, and branch equipment. Proficient in MS Office products and the Internet. Familiar with mobile apps, online banking, and social media.

Salary and Benefits:

$19-20/hour with an opportunity to earn quarterly incentives.
