Zipline Sales Associate

A fun adventure for the whole family, LA JOLLA ZIP ZOOM is a two-hour guided tour featuring four thrilling zipline courses.La Jolla Zip Zoom has four courses ranging from 300 feet to over 2700 feet in length with speeds up to 55mph! Our equipment provides a safe, comfortable, and exciting zipline experience for all guests. We also have side-by-side lines so you can share your adventure with a family or friend and enjoy the spectacular views of Palomar Mountain, Pauma Valley, and the La Jolla Indian Reservation while having fun!

Job Description:

The La Jolla Band of Luiseño Indians is seeking candidates for multiple Zipline Sales Associate positions. Sales Associates will be primarily responsible for providing excellent service to customers seeking to purchase zipline adventure packages and merchandise. Sales Associates will report to the Zipline Operations Manager with general oversight from the Tribal Administrator and La Jolla Tribal Council.

Duties:

Greet customers and determine their needs and wants

Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Answered customers’ queries and concerns

Clearly communicate pricing, discounts, and availability

Maintain sales records for inventory control and accountability

Maintain clear communication staff and supervisor

Qualifications:

Customer service and sales experience

Knowledge of POS systems

Experience in outdoor/extreme/gravity sports and activities

Experience answering phones with multiple lines

General knowledge of the Southern California region

Skills:

Excellent math and communication skills

General computer skills

Ability to understand and execute detailed instructions

Friendly, energetic attitude

Reliable and punctual

Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

Salary:  DOE

Position:   Full Time/Part Time (including some weekends and holidays)
