POSITION: SECURITY/PARK RANGER (Seasonal)
LOCATION: LA JOLLA BAND OF LUISENO INDIAN ENTERPRISES

Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and split shifts.
Must be at least 18 years of age in order to obtain a “Guard Card”. A Guard Card is required for this position.
Must be at least 21 years of age to obtain a weapons permit, ALL weapon(s) must be registered to the applicant and verified through La Jolla Tribal Police cross-check.
Must have a cheerful and pleasant attitude.
Must have a neat and clean appearance.
Must be dependable and dedicated.
Must have a valid California Driver’s License.
Must be in excellent physical condition, able to hike in rough terrain.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Must have own transportation to and from work.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Must be able to attain a gaming license.
Dedication to the safety and well-being of customers and coworkers.
This position requires flexibility and willingness to work in all Enterprise areas
Maintain peace and security for all customers and coworkers.
Write thorough reports on all incidents.
Attend training courses as required by the management.
Patrol all assigned areas and enforce rules as enacted by management.
Handle all disturbances in a responsible manner.
Must wear a uniform during work hours. The Company will supply a clean uniform, The uniform must be kept clean.
Perform any additional duties other than those listed here which may be required by managers to better assist customers and coworkers.
Comply with Personnel Policies and Procedures.
Report any dangerous any suspicious activity.
When leaving work, notify the Manager on Duty (MOD).
