About Newman's Own Foundation

Newman’s Own Foundation has worked since 1996 with a number of Indigenous-led social impact organizations working to support nutrition, justice, and opportunity for Indigenous communities youth in the US. In 2022, along with a new, more focused mission, “to nourish and transform the lives of children who face adversity,” we prioritized three programmatic areas: Indigenous Food Justice for Youth, Nutritious Food in Schools, and Joyful Experiences for Children with Serious Illnesses. We are now building a team to implement this new focus, with a renewed commitment to our legacy of impact and innovation. The Indigenous Communities Officer is a new position and reflective of our commitment to Indigenous communities and our grantee partners.
