This is the Invention Age – and this is where you come in.
As a Post SIlicon Validation Engineer with a focus on ARM SoC components targeted at the data center, you will work to verify the internal blocks and complexities of our SoC system and architect the required IP validation strategy. You will help set up methodologies, come up with validation plans, and verify that the newly arrived silicon meets the highest quality standards. You will also participate in architecture/product definition for the next generation of SoC by closing the loop with real silicon validation.
Roles and Responsibilities
+ Define and execute end-to-end validation plans for a set of IP (verification, functional, characterization, integration, stress)
+ Debug issues found during pre-silicon, bring-up, validation, and production phases of SOC programs
+ Build a validation strategy that aligns with server-class compliance standards
+ Lead collaborative test approach with multiple teams, and tracking test execution to make sure all features are validated and optimized on time
+ Work closely with supporting teams in design, diagnostics, emulation, firmware, design verification and software to ensure readiness for first silicon arrival, enablement of IP functionality upon silicon arrival, and debug of critical features
+ Develop deep knowledge of system architecture, technical debug, and validation strategy
+ Drive technical innovation to enhance capabilities in IP validation including tools and script development, technical and procedural methodology enhancement, and various internal and cross-functional technical initiatives
+ Support on customer platforms as requested by customer support teams.
