Stratus Telecom is hiring a remote Technical IT and VOIP Support Engineer position. The responsibilities of the position include:

Tier 1 and 2 Remote Customer Support for Hosted PBX, SIP, Microsoft 365 with All included services and applications, HPE ProLiant Servers, Fortinet device management – Firewall UTM/Wireless, network and related technologies.
Order implementation, confirmation, and customer communications and training for new customers
Customer Management Software tasks
Minor data entry and account management tasks

Attention to detail for accuracy, ability to manage time-sensitive projects for service implementation
Curious and effective problem solver, demonstrating effective technical solutions that can be clearly communicated to a customer
Comfortable with extensive computer work including typing, pdf editing, basic excel, etc.
Adept at learning and using online platforms
Comfortable speaking on the phone and video conferencing
Ability to work with both vendors, technical support staff, and the customer to be a bridge of understanding

Preferred but not required characteristics are:

Spanish and/or other foreign language fluency
Experience in customer service/support
Experience in Telecommunications and IT Network subjects listed above

Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year

It is possible for this position to be 100% remote. However, ideal candidates will be near the Plymouth, NH area for post COVID additional responsibilities.
