Overview

Position
We’re excited to welcome a full-time Junior Graphic Designer to join our St. Paul team! This is a fantastic opportunity to dive into meaningful projects and grow your skills in a supportive, collaborative environment. At 106 Group, we work nationally with a diverse range of clients — including government agencies, corporations, community organizations, and tribal partners. You’ll be part of a creative team alongside talented graphic designers, all within a flexible, innovative workplace.

Our design work focuses on revealing the stories of places as a critical aspect of protecting cultural heritage. We often work closely with indigenous and underrepresented communities and advocate for processes that open doors to voices that have traditionally been left out. Using a mix of creative skills, industry awareness, and visual storytelling ability, you’ll produce interpretation that impacts audiences and supports the goals of each individual client.

This is an early career position with a hybrid work option when in-office technology is not needed.
