The Administrative Assistant, IT position supports the work of the IT staff through project coordination and project management tasks, tracking and overseeing project deliverables and helpdesk tickets, coordinating, and providing admin support for virtual IT trainings, working with data in support of invoice and credit card processing and other functions, all while coordinating with a wide range of colleagues. The position works in partnership with a variety of IT vendors and provides an opportunity to learn about non-profit business, project management, and the IT industry. The annual recruiting salary range is $58,529 to $59,830 DOE. This position is open until filled; first consideration will be given to applications received within two weeks of posting.

Essential Duties

Perform IT project management tasks for org-wide digital transformation / software implementation projects including
Schedule project meetings
Take meeting notes
Draft project charter and other project artifacts
Update project issue and risk log
Update project decision log
Prepare for and administer user acceptance testing
Support 8-person IT staff in addressing timely support desk tickets by overseeing ConnectWise ticket management system
Support invoice and credit card processing by manipulating employment data to support sub-account splits and detect duplicates and errors
Provide admin support to IT virtual trainings and discussion panels
Oversee Microsoft Planner and/or Azure Dev Ops ticket board to support IT staff in meeting small project deliverables
Performs other related duties as assigned
