As a Junior HR Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting the Human Resources department in various administrative and operational tasks. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in multiple HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.

Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs, including scheduling sessions, tracking attendance, and collecting feedback.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys, diversity and inclusion programs, and policy development.
Stay updated on relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
