Job Description: Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II, Supervisory (Programming/Project Delivery Support Manager), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (TransNet Analyst/Project Manager Assistant) performs full-journey-level analytical work requiring independent judgment in the development, administration, and monitoring of complex funding strategies for District capital projects. The incumbent applies advanced technical expertise to ensure fiscal accountability through budget forecasting, inter-agency agreement management, and compliance oversight across multi-funded Corridors projects. This position serves as a critical analytical resource by providing data-driven recommendations, coordinating with local, state, federal, and other external agencies, safeguarding project viability though financial analysis that directly impacts programming decisions.
