This position is with the Information Services organization on the La Jolla campus of Scripps Research. This is a Tier Two Technical Analyst who supports the Client Services team of Tier One analysts by developing and deploying solutions for Apple MacOS and iOS devices in an enterprise environment. Solutions will be related to the configuration, deployment, security and routine maintenance of Mac endpoint/client computers. This position is the first point of escalation for problem and incident response between Tier One Analysts and Tier Three IT Engineers, especially as it relates to Apple/Mac endpoints.
