The Scripps Research Institute (TSRI) is currently seeking a Research Assistant I – NE for the Department of Molecular Medicine for its Florida location.

This position is available for a person to work on a project shared between two labs in The Scripps Research Institute Center on Aging at the Florida campus in Jupiter aimed at understanding molecular pathways involved in aging. The long term goal of the work is to identify targets for therapeutic interventions aimed at improving healthspan. The position will involve general lab maintenance and support, as well as performing experiments related to the project goals. Techniques to be used include molecular biology, cell culture, invertebrate biology (C. elegans), biochemistry and microscopy, amongst others.
